Consultant for E&S Assessment Preparation and Implementation

About the role

Sened Organization is seeking qualified consultants or consultancy firms to prepare and implement an Environment & Social (E&S) assessment for the Nabni 189 Project in Baniyas, Syrian Arab Republic. The consultant will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental and social standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review the full Request for Proposal (RFP) package and Terms of Reference.
• Develop a comprehensive E&S assessment methodology tailored to the project.
• Conduct environmental impact analysis and social impact assessment.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with project teams and local authorities for data collection and validation.
• Submit final deliverables within the agreed timeline.

Required profile

• Qualified consultant or consultancy firm with proven experience in E&S assessments.
• Familiarity with Syrian project environments and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality reports.
