Content Moderator - Kurdish Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Kurdish‑speaking Content Moderator to help keep our global digital community safe. You will work on a computer reviewing user‑generated content, applying client policies, and ensuring that only appropriate material remains online.

Key responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove content uploaded by users according to established guidelines.
• Meet performance targets and maintain high quality in every review.
• Escalate problematic cases promptly following defined procedures.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and protect user information.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policies and best practices.
• Follow all operational instructions and communicate effectively through company channels.

Required profile

• Fluent written Kurdish with strong reading comprehension.
• Experience in a high‑transaction, KPI‑driven environment (e.g., customer service, content moderation).
• Proven ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail.
• Emotionally resilient to handle offensive or disturbing content.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and relocate to Malaysia.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
