Country Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our fashion retail business in Syria. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability and brand presence across all women's apparel stores.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial and retail strategies for the Syrian market.
• Oversee sales, marketing, store operations, HR, logistics and financial performance.
• Manage P&L, ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Lead store expansion projects and partnership initiatives.
• Enhance customer experience and market penetration.
• Build and mentor high‑performing retail teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
• Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in the GCC retail market.
• Strong negotiation, decision‑making and team‑management capabilities.
