Country Manager – Fashion Retail (Syria)

About the role

The fashion group is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its women’s apparel business across Syria. You will be responsible for shaping commercial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all retail operations, sales, marketing, HR, logistics and finance for Syrian stores.
• Develop and execute store expansion plans and market‑penetration initiatives.
• Manage P&L, improve operational efficiency and maintain profitability.
• Enhance customer experience through initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
• Proven track record of driving growth, profitability and customer engagement.
• Strong negotiation, decision‑making and team‑management capabilities.
