Financial Systems Specialist

About the role

The Financial Systems Specialist will configure, administer, and optimise Paymera’s financial platforms and digital payment systems. This role translates business requirements into system configurations, designs financial products and workflows, and ensures platforms operate efficiently, securely, and in line with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain financial platforms, digital payment systems, and related business applications.
• Translate business requirements into system parameters and workflow designs.
• Support system integrations with internal and external solution providers.
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk Management, and Compliance teams to continuously improve the financial technology ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial platforms and digital payment ecosystems.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement system solutions.
• Ability to ensure system security, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
