Freelance Soft Skills Facilitator (Syria)

About the role

Key To Success is seeking experienced freelance facilitators to deliver soft‑skills training across all governorates of Syria. You will design and lead interactive workshops that help participants improve communication, teamwork, leadership, problem‑solving and emotional intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training materials to match client needs and local contexts.
• Facilitate learner‑centered workshops for diverse groups, ensuring an inclusive environment.
• Conduct pre‑training needs assessments and post‑training evaluations to measure impact.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.
• Document session outcomes, track participant progress and report findings to the internal team.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering soft‑skills or adult‑learning programs.
• Strong facilitation abilities, including active listening, effective presentation and group‑dynamics management.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with adult‑learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Relevant academic background (Education, Psychology, Business, HR or related field) is preferred.
• Previous work with NGOs, public institutions or private sector organizations in Syria is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
