Hospitality Services Manager

About the role

The Hospitality Services Manager oversees all airport hospitality operations, including the CIP & VIP lounge, meet‑and‑greet, and fast‑track services. The role ensures world‑class guest experiences while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement company operational standards across all hospitality touch‑points.
• Improve processes and productivity for lounge, meet‑and‑greet and fast‑track services.
• Deliver welcome, farewell, accompaniment, lounge, fast‑track and loyalty program services accurately and on time.
• Lead and coordinate field operation teams to guarantee service continuity and quality.
• Ensure full compliance with airport security, health & safety, aviation authority requirements and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
• Monitor customer satisfaction, identify disruptions and enforce corrective actions.
• Support terminal initiatives to increase passenger throughput in lounges.
• Manage supplier performance and drive corrective measures.
• Develop sales suggestions and maintain strong relationships with terminal management, official institutions and business partners.
• Oversee budget execution and contribute to achieving financial targets.
• Guide employee performance management, career planning and training development.
• Participate in ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 45001 implementation and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hospitality services in an airport or large‑scale transportation environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent understanding of aviation regulations, security protocols and hygiene standards.
• Ability to analyse operational data, drive process improvements and manage budgets.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder and partner relations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP or equivalent hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 10002 and ISO 45001 quality and safety systems.
• Understanding of airport security and aviation authority requirements.
