Hotel Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our property. This hands‑on leadership position requires a hospitality professional who can deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily hotel operations across all departments to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and execute business strategies that optimize performance, occupancy, revenue and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning and cost‑management processes.
• Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors and corporate clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train and mentor hotel staff to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), prepare management reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of proven experience in hotel management or senior hospitality leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts and maintain professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software such as Opera, Protel or similar.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
