HR ERP System Lead Consultant (Cat. II)

About the role

NTU International is recruiting a Key Expert – HR ERP System Lead Consultant (Cat. II) for an EU-funded project supporting the Syrian Ministry of Health in strengthening its institutional capacity and governance. The consultant provides technical leadership and strategic support for deploying and institutionalising a Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning (HR ERP) system. The indicative start date is 9 December 2026, with a 14-month implementation period.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• At least 8 years of professional experience deploying HR ERP systems (e.g. Odoo, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Demonstrated experience in data migration, system integration and user training.
• Prior experience in at least 2 similar ERP deployments in developing country contexts (mandatory).
• Proven experience in public-sector or health-sector deployments is highly desirable.
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work with government officials and multicultural teams.
