HR Manager - Real Estate Development

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the human resources function for a fast‑growing real estate development company. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape people strategy, support workforce expansion, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Design and administer performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving concerns.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Support leadership development, coaching, succession planning, and change management.
• Lead HR projects such as employee engagement, talent management, and culture‑building initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, HR policies and best practices.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, employee relations, performance management and learning & development.
