Marketing Manager – Digital Payments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a digital payments company in Syria. The role will build the brand, drive awareness of digital payments, and support business growth through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and execute communication strategies for banks, central bank, government agencies, consumers, and international schemes.
• Build, position, and manage the company brand to ensure strong visibility and credibility.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, events, and PR activities to promote digital payments adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Product teams on go‑to‑market strategies.
• Oversee content creation for social media, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and other stakeholders.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and fintech marketing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably in fintech, banking, telecom or digital services.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
