Medical Sales Representative Manager

About the role

PLC Global L.L.C FZ, a healthcare, beauty and wellness import and export company based in Dubai's free zone, is hiring a Medical Representative Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Homs. The manager leads a team of medical representatives who promote healthcare, beauty and wellness products to medical professionals, clinics and pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Organize field visits and provide coaching and training to the team
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams, gather market insights and report on competitor activity and product feedback
• Maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and ensure adherence to company standards

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing or leading medical sales or pharmaceutical representative teams
• Strong sales planning, territory management and performance monitoring skills
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, business or a related field preferred
• Fluency in the relevant local language(s); English is an advantage

Required skills

• Market analysis, reporting and use of data to inform sales strategy
• Communication, negotiation and presentation skills in a healthcare context
• Basic office software and CRM tools, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
