Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

Highsystems is seeking a confident and efficient sales professional to promote a portfolio of Odoo ERP, industrial IoT, solar, automation, infrastructure, water‑treatment and energy‑saving solutions. This full‑time, remote position focuses on telesales, engaging prospects and existing customers across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to introduce and sell Odoo and other IT/IoT solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call targets, conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
• Provide consultative, professional support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Occasionally visit customer sites within the assigned region.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or call‑center environments, preferably in technology, ERP or industrial solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet targets and manage multiple conversations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
