Outreach Worker - Legal Awareness

About the role

The Outreach Worker position at Ataa Humanitarian Relief Association in Al-Lataminah, Syria, is responsible for conducting legal awareness sessions and following up on legal consultations provided to beneficiaries. The role also contributes to session planning, documents sessions and prepares reports, and coordinates with the team to monitor workflow and case progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal awareness sessions for beneficiaries
• Contribute to developing plans for conducting sessions
• Prepare session reports and complete and regularly update the cumulative legal consultation tracking sheet
• Prepare and manage legal consultation forms and related documentation
• Ensure the physical and psychological safety of beneficiaries and maintain confidentiality and privacy during sessions and consultations
• Prepare materials for each session and contribute to project plans on monitoring and documentation mechanisms
• Attend regular meetings with the direct manager, subordinates and colleagues to review updates
• Perform core administrative duties with the Human Resources Department, including job descriptions, performance management, capacity-building plans, attendance follow-up, recruitment and HR compliance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 0-2 years of experience
• Ability to work remotely
