Quality Assurance Tester

About the role

Maxbound is looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Tester to keep its AI‑powered community management platform fast, reliable, and bug‑free. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver high‑quality releases for both web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for new and existing features.
• Perform manual testing, identify edge‑case defects, analyze root causes, and track issues using standard QA tools.
• Partner closely with developers and product managers to validate updates and prevent regressions across a full‑stack TypeScript ecosystem.
• Continuously refine QA documentation and testing workflows to improve speed without sacrificing quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manual testing, test case creation, and defect diagnosis within the SDLC.
• Familiarity with SaaS/AI products is preferred.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
