Sales Agent – Car Rental

About the role

Faster Rent A Car is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its team in Syria. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, guiding them through car rental options, and converting leads into confirmed bookings while delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and online channels.
• Present suitable vehicle options, rental rates and promotional offers.
• Follow up leads and turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth rental processes.
• Provide professional service before and after booking.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or call centre environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Target‑oriented with the ability to close sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.
• Preferably experience in car rental, tourism, hospitality or travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and CRM or booking systems.
