Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist to operate in Syria. The role focuses on direct customer interaction, delivering excellent service, driving sales initiatives, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and generate leads.
• Support the Regional Manager in meeting business objectives.
• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, forecasting needs to fuel growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing expectations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create marketing and communication tools for new products, programs, and solutions.

Required profile

• Syrian nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Proven experience in construction/heavy‑machinery sales and the automobile sector.
• Specific experience selling in Syria.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
