About the role
We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Consultant to promote international real‑estate investment opportunities and immigration programs in Damascus. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship‑building abilities with a proven track record of closing deals and helping clients achieve their investment and migration goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to deal closure for both real‑estate and immigration services.
- Engage prospective clients, understand their investment objectives, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present and promote international property projects and related immigration programs.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners.
- Lead negotiations, secure agreements, and ensure successful deal completion.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients via calls, meetings, and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver smooth service.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and immigration programs.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in real‑estate sales, immigration consulting, property investment, banking sales, insurance sales, or similar consultative sales roles.
- Proven ability to generate clients through personal networks and relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a sales‑focused mindset.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
