Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound Pipeline Ignition

About the role

A client of Khibraty is looking for an eloquent, highly persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who works remotely from Jordan or Syria. The SDR will run outbound cold outreach to high-level corporate decision-makers in Saudi Arabia, qualify interest and turn cold leads into business meetings for the BD team. The target market is KSA B2B enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns targeting KSA decision-makers.
• Qualify prospective accounts, identify key stakeholders and map their business pain points.
• Convert cold leads into qualified business meetings for the sales team.
• Track daily outreach metrics and cold-call-to-meeting conversion rates, and keep CRM records up to date.
• Deliver articulate, engaging elevator pitches over the phone for software and SaaS solutions.

Required profile

• Must reside and work remotely from Jordan or Syria.
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing or SDR roles targeting the Saudi Arabian corporate market.
• Prior experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software or digital solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to turn cold calls into booked calendar meetings.
• Excellent phone presence, eloquent Arabic and English, clear articulation and strong objection handling.
