Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Damascus to drive growth for DALI AGENCY’s creative and marketing services. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and present tailored solutions that match client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and current clients to understand their objectives.
• Present customized service proposals and prepare quotations.
• Follow up on proposals to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and event teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and track performance against targets.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies.
• Participate in sales trainings and support junior staff development.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in training or sales‑team management.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Relevant experience in marketing, advertising or agency sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM software.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
