Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Syria. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth of our IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Present and promote the company's IT solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Support junior account managers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term account retention.
• Prepare professional customer presentations and stay up‑to‑date on products and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development or enterprise sales.
• Experience with IT solutions, infrastructure, software, cloud or cybersecurity is preferred.
