Senior Insurance Manager

About the role

UCK Airports 1 LLC is seeking a Senior Insurance Manager to lead the development and execution of insurance and risk management strategies across the company and its group entities. The role ensures optimal coverage, manages claims, and safeguards financial exposure while supporting business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks across airport operations and group companies.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate insurance offers from the market.
• Secure senior‑management approval for policies and premiums.
• Manage the claims process, coordinate damage assessments, and ensure timely compensation.
• Monitor premium trends and adjust coverage based on loss data.
• Integrate additional coverage options that benefit the organization.
• Review insurance clauses in lease and service contracts and ensure compliance.
• Maintain relationships with insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee risk analysis, valuation, and payment installments.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting for payment processing and record‑keeping.
• Prepare and monitor insurance budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management.
• Professional insurance certification (e.g., CIP, CPCU) preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in insurance and risk management.
• 3‑5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing complex property, casualty, and liability portfolios.
• Experience in construction, aviation, or infrastructure sectors is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
