About the role
The Senior Real Estate Agent (Senior Property Advisor) will drive property sales in the Syrian market, combining proactive business development with a consultative sales approach. The role requires delivering an exceptional client experience while representing the company’s brand with credibility and integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain a qualified client pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Develop relationships with brokers, corporate partners, and referral networks to expand market reach.
- Consult clients to understand their needs and guide them through the full sales cycle, from enquiry to contract execution.
- Analyse market trends, demographics, and competitor activity to position the portfolio effectively.
- Maintain strong post‑sale relationships, managing expectations and coordinating with internal teams.
- Supervise, mentor, and quality‑check the Property Advisors team, sharing best practices and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with Syrian real‑estate regulations and uphold brand standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven property sales experience, preferably in a developer or premium brokerage environment.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the Syrian or Levant real‑estate market is a plus.
