Senior Sales Account Manager

About the role

Data Center Technologies is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to drive growth and manage strategic client relationships across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and audio‑visual services. The role focuses on expanding market presence in Syria and GCC markets while delivering tailored solutions to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Present and promote company solutions aligned with client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to design customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Create and execute account strategies to boost client value and retention.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and revenue projections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/account management experience in the IT sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts under pressure.
