Site Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Site Quality Control Inspector will be based on‑site in Aleppo Governorate, Syria, and will coordinate and monitor field inspection activities for OSP (Outside Plant) projects. The role ensures that field survey work meets client standards, is accurate, and that inventory data is properly collected and validated.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing field survey plans, methodologies, and templates according to approved client specifications.
• Develop and communicate survey procedures to all relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and audits, identify discrepancies, verify survey accuracy, and provide feedback to inspectors and contractors.
• Monitor field survey activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, procedures, and project requirements.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate field survey data before submission to the Quality Survey & Audit team.
• Verify that survey deliverables are complete, accurate, and consistent; coordinate with survey teams to resolve data issues.
• Prepare periodic reports on survey activities, progress, quality, and team performance.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring OSP contractors meet schedules, inspection, audit, PAT, and other project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field survey, inspection, or quality audit activities.
• Hands‑on experience with fiber‑optic (OSP) field surveys is mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
