About the role
The Stakeholder Manager will lead authority engagement, design approvals and government coordination for Arada’s large‑scale real‑estate projects in Syria. Acting as the primary interface between Arada, regulatory bodies and project teams, the role ensures timely approvals and smooth navigation of all regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact with Syrian government authorities, municipalities and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and execute authority engagement strategies from concept planning through construction.
- Lead end‑to‑end management of submissions, permits and approvals for master‑planning, infrastructure and building projects.
- Coordinate with designers, consultants and contractors to deliver complete, compliant submission packages.
- Monitor approval timelines, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience managing authority approvals for large‑scale real‑estate, master‑plan or mixed‑use developments.
- Strong knowledge of Syrian design codes, planning regulations and government processes.
- Established relationships with relevant Syrian authorities and stakeholders.
