Technical Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Solutions Engineer to join our system integration team. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise IT solutions across networking, cybersecurity, datacenter, compute, storage and related infrastructure for customers in banking, enterprise, retail and SMB sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
• Deploy and troubleshoot networking (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi), switching, routing, compute, virtualization and storage platforms.
• Deliver backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Install, migrate, upgrade and integrate datacenter infrastructure and related systems.
• Perform system testing, commissioning and handover to customers.
• Provide post‑deployment technical support and issue resolution.
• Prepare implementation documentation, reports and technical handover documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams to ensure project timelines, quality standards and customer expectations are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in system integration, IT infrastructure or technical implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and travel for project implementation when required.
