Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to join our operations office in Latakia, Syria. You will produce high‑impact video assets for performance‑driven campaigns, social media, landing pages and brand collateral, working closely with our Dubai‑based strategists, designers and copywriters.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, edit and finalize video content for paid media, social platforms and website assets.
• Assemble raw footage, select key scenes, apply cuts, transitions, motion graphics, colour correction and sound alignment.
• Adapt video formats and aspect ratios for stories, reels, feeds, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Manage file organization, version control and export multiple format versions.
• Collaborate across borders to ensure videos meet brand guidelines and performance objectives.

Required profile

• Strong video production and editing expertise with a focus on performance‑driven storytelling.
• Proficiency in colour grading and basic graphic work to maintain visual consistency.
• Experience creating motion‑graphics overlays for ads, social content and explainer videos.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and coordinate with distributed teams.
• Previous experience in an agency, performance‑marketing or digital‑first environment is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
