ABA Specialist – Applied Behavior Analysis

About the role

The ABA Specialist will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at MedGlobal's Autism Center in Idleb. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess behavioral needs and design individualized plans to promote developmental progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct standardized behavioral assessments for children with ASD.
• Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
• Provide structured therapy sessions using evidence‑based ABA techniques.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with clinicians, educators, and families to ensure consistent support.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or certification in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong analytical and observational skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
