Accounting Manager – MENA Group

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the MENA Group’s regional accounting function. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving continuous improvements across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Drive process improvements and automation using Odoo ERP.
• Develop, mentor, and build a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
