Area Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Area Sales Manager to lead sales activities and teams across Aleppo. The role is pivotal in meeting sales forecasts, profitability targets and implementing best‑practice tools in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise sales activities and teams within the assigned area.
• Set annual and monthly sales targets, forecasts and productivity goals.
• Develop and control the area sales budget.
• Define targets for Sales Supervisors aligned with company objectives.
• Achieve SKU and channel goals according to the approved budget.
• Prepare periodic sales reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, merchandising standards and best‑practice tools.
• Monitor cost control, profitability and truck productivity.
• Evaluate team performance using the company performance system.
• Identify area needs such as staffing, trucks and resource reallocation.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
• 5–6 years of relevant area sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven skills in sales forecasting, budgeting, cost control and performance management.
• Honesty, trustworthiness and good references.
