Associate Donor Relations and Project Support Officer

About the role

The Associate Donor Relations and Project Support Officer will assist the Project Manager in delivering the REPAC project, which includes construction, infrastructure rehabilitation, and managing environmental and social impacts. This position supports donor visibility and community outreach while ensuring compliance with UNRWA and donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day delivery of all REPAC project components and monitor budget, plans, and timelines.
• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc field visits to ensure quality and adherence to project processes.
• Develop and enhance communication strategies, produce outreach materials, and organise stakeholder meetings.
• Liaise with relevant ministries, HQ departments, and external partners to ensure donor compliance and data consistency.
• Track project results against targets, flag deviations, and contribute to best‑practice identification.
• Compile data and draft progress and ad‑hoc reports for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• University degree in project management, engineering, business administration, social sciences, international relations, communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in programme or project management, monitoring, or related areas.
