Backend Developer (C#/.NET) – 3‑5 yrs

About the role

Wexcy Platform is a cloud‑based multi‑tenancy solution that powers online stores, CRM, and POS systems. We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our onsite team in Damascus and help scale and improve our services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Work with SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Write clean, well‑documented code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise performance of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in backend development with C#.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and multi‑tenancy concepts.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite setting with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
