Business Development Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

TestCrew is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Digital Transformation, Software Quality Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and AI solutions across the Syrian market. You will identify new opportunities in government, banking, telecom, insurance, healthcare, education, and enterprise sectors, positioning TestCrew as the preferred technology partner.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close new business across TestCrew’s portfolio of solutions and services.
• Design and execute business development strategies for Syrian public and private sectors.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Digital Transformation Leaders, PMOs, QA Managers, and other senior executives.
• Present TestCrew’s offerings in software quality engineering, test automation, performance engineering, DevOps, AI‑powered testing, cybersecurity testing, and managed services.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals.
• Leverage strategic technology partners such as Atlassian, Tricentis, Datadog, and BrowserStack in solution selling.
• Develop strategic alliances with government entities, system integrators, telecom operators, banks, and large enterprises.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging digital transformation initiatives in Syria.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B business development, preferably in technology or digital services.
• Deep understanding of the Syrian market and its key industry verticals.
• Strong networking skills with senior IT and business leaders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with presales, delivery, and partner teams.
