Commercial Manager

About the role

Al Hafez, a leading home‑appliance manufacturer and distributor in the region, is seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to shape and execute its commercial strategy. This senior leadership role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational oversight to drive growth, strengthen brands, and deliver superior customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy to meet revenue and market‑share targets.
• Lead the management and development of Al Hafez and partner brands across all sales channels.
• Coordinate commercial operations, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Customer Service.
• Drive brand positioning, product launches, pricing, promotional campaigns and go‑to‑market execution.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, sales analytics and profitability reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retail partners and strategic suppliers.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management, brand management, business development or sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, commercial planning and operational management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful commercial initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, FMCG or retail sectors is highly preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
