Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager will lead the retail operations of a leading women’s fashion group in Syria. This senior position is responsible for driving commercial strategy, business growth, and brand presence across all store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales, marketing, retail operations, HR, logistics, and financial performance for all Syrian stores.
• Develop and execute store expansion plans, customer experience initiatives, and partnership strategies.
• Manage P&L, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain profitability while complying with local regulations.
• Build and lead high‑performing retail teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
• Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and customer engagement in the GCC retail market.
• Strong negotiation, decision‑making, and team‑management capabilities.
