Customer Support Officer – Remote (Syria)

About the role

Azurreo is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join its international support team. Working fully remote from Syria, you will assist customers across Europe, the Middle East and beyond, resolving technical issues and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot first‑line technical problems, including DNS, SSL, FTP and basic networking.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets, escalating complex cases with clear documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate internal knowledge articles and documentation.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest service improvements.

Required profile

• Current residence in Syria.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk or customer support.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Reliable electricity backup and stable internet for full‑time remote work.

Required skills

• Understanding of DNS, SSL, FTP and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms.
• Ability to document issues clearly and follow escalation procedures.
