Electrical Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Supervisor leads the electrical installation, maintenance and repair activities on construction sites and facility projects. This role ensures that all electrical work complies with project specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements while delivering high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance and repair on construction sites or in facilities.
• Manage a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement work schedules, task assignments and project timelines.
• Coordinate with other trades and project managers to meet budgetary and timing constraints.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits, identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee procurement, storage and inventory management of electrical materials, tools and equipment.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot complex issues and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising electrical installation, maintenance and repair activities.
• Ability to lead and support a team of electricians and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing schedules, coordinating with other trades and managing budgets.
• Capability to conduct inspections, audits and implement corrective actions.
• Experience handling procurement and inventory of electrical supplies.
• Technical expertise in troubleshooting and interpreting technical drawings.
