Information Technology Network Engineer

About the role

Toters is a fast‑growing on‑demand e‑commerce and delivery platform. As an IT Network Engineer you will keep the company’s hardware, software and network infrastructure running smoothly, supporting employees and ensuring reliable, secure IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and account access issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, operating systems and company applications.
• Manage IT inventory, including laptops, accessories and software licenses.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office network connectivity and Wi‑Fi.
• Configure and set up devices for new hires.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems in collaboration with the IT team.
• Document IT procedures and contribute to a knowledge base.
• Support IT projects and office infrastructure upgrades as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
• Experience in fast‑paced or warehouse environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Installation and configuration of QR/label printers.
• Hands‑on experience with MikroTik routers (Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, PPPoE, VLAN, NAT, Hotspot, ARP, DHCP).
• Designing structured network topologies and managing network infrastructure.
• Installation and configuration of network hardware: MikroTik routers, switches, cabling, GrandStream & UniFi access points, and controllers.
• Basic network security knowledge: MikroTik firewalls, IP blocking, antivirus, secure policies.
• Installation and configuration of surveillance systems (NVR/DVR, IP cameras, switches).
• Fundamentals of IT and Level 1 cybersecurity (phishing awareness, password policies).
