Lead Planner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Planner to drive the planning, scheduling, and control of large‑scale construction projects. You will develop master schedules, monitor progress, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery in line with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and revised schedules.
• Monitor project progress, conduct critical‑path analysis, and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project teams.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Evaluate resource requirements and optimise schedules.
• Support claims, extensions of time (EOT), and delay‑analysis activities.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of planning experience on construction projects.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication abilities.
