Marketing Manager

About the role

Verutti Millano, an emerging luxury brand specializing in watches, eyewear, and leather accessories, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its brand and product marketing initiatives. Based in Amman, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to shape and execute compelling campaigns that reflect the brand’s Italian elegance and modern design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns for watches, eyewear, and leather accessories.
• Manage social media platforms and digital channels, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Coordinate content creation, including photography, video, copy, and visual assets.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and collaborations.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and international stakeholders to align messaging.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
• Control marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Analyse campaign results and optimise strategies for ROI.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in basic marketing analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury goods, or retail marketing is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
