Sales Account Manager

About the role

Tarynix Information Technology is seeking a full‑time Sales Account Manager to join its Damascus office. You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of client accounts, delivering tailored technology solutions, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new sales leads.
• Conduct client meetings, present customized technology and ERP solutions, and prepare proposals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to meet client requirements.
• Track sales performance, keep CRM records up to date, and contribute to forecasts and planning.
• Perform continuous market research to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, lead generation and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of technology solutions, ERP systems or digital transformation services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
