Senior Project Manager

About the role

Takteek, a leading digital transformation agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects. This full‑time remote role will coordinate cross‑functional teams across marketing, design, development, content, and paid media to ensure projects meet client objectives on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple digital projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Development, SEO, Content, and Paid Media.
• Manage project scope, budgets, priorities, dependencies, and change requests.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project health, KPIs, and overall delivery performance.
• Improve project management processes, documentation, SOPs, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in a digital agency, marketing agency, software company, or digital transformation environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, website development, and technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
