About the role

The Software Sales Specialist will drive sales operations by engaging both inbound and outbound prospects, presenting a broad portfolio of software solutions, and guiding customers toward the options that best meet their business needs. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and converting interest into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new businesses to spark interest in the company’s solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and manage new leads through the sales funnel.
• Contact prospects who have registered for a free trial, demonstrate product value, and move them toward purchase.
• Prospect new e‑commerce clients and educate them on solution benefits.
• Ask qualifying questions to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Utilize the sales ERP to track progress and ensure a structured sales cycle.
• Follow up with merchants to reinforce business plans and solidify deals.
• Attend product training to stay current on industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with support teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B software sales or lead‑generation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, messaging apps, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Energetic, self‑disciplined, and able to manage pressure effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative team player.
