Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to lead recruitment and support a high‑performance culture in our fast‑growing e‑commerce company. The role blends talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Design and optimise structured hiring pipelines and maintain talent pools for future needs.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments, leveraging AI tools and modern recruitment technologies.
• Support performance management systems, develop evaluation frameworks, and monitor productivity KPIs.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, measure satisfaction, and support retention strategies.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, assist payroll preparation, and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Analyse HR data, build recruitment dashboards, and provide actionable insights for data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related roles.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment with high accountability.
