Tech Camp Facilitator – Aleppo (Dollani Program)

About the role

The Tech Camp Facilitator will design, deliver, and lead engaging training sessions within the Dollani Bootcamps and related capacity‑building programmes in Aleppo. The role focuses on creating an inclusive, interactive learning environment that supports participants’ skill development and aligns with the Syrian Forum’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions according to the approved curriculum and learning objectives.
• Facilitate group discussions, practical exercises, and activities to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
• Adapt training methods to diverse learning styles, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
• Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and program staff to implement training schedules smoothly.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with the MEAL team to conduct assessments, collect feedback, and report on learning outcomes.

Required profile

• University degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of proven experience in training facilitation, adult learning, or capacity‑building programmes.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Experience using digital meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to use e‑learning tools and create interactive training materials.
