Transformation Coordinator – Men’s Program (Full‑Time)

About the role

Damascus Way is seeking a full‑time Transformation Coordinator to support men participating in its residential reentry program in Scott County, Minnesota. The role combines direct resident assistance, transportation, and supervisory duties to help individuals successfully reintegrate into society.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily transformational support and reliable transportation for program participants.
• Conduct regular room checks and monitor resident activity to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage sign‑out and sign‑in procedures, maintaining accurate accountability records.
• Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and recovery specialists to coordinate services.
• Assist residents with accessing housing, employment, and mental‑wellness resources.

Required profile

• Demonstrated compassion for individuals impacted by incarceration and substance‑use disorder.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to supervise multiple residents simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
