About the role
AL ITQAN is launching a new technical back‑office in Syria to support its regional waterproofing projects. We are looking for a Senior Technical Draftsman Engineer to produce accurate construction drawings and collaborate closely with our UAE operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed technical and shop drawings based on engineering concepts and architectural layouts.
- Interpret project specifications and ensure all drawings meet required standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, project teams, and management to resolve technical queries.
- Maintain drawing archives and update documents as project designs evolve.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Technical or Civil Draftsman.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English are preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with drafting software.
