Senior Technical Draftsman Engineer

About the role

AL ITQAN is launching a new technical back‑office in Syria to support its regional waterproofing projects. We are looking for a Senior Technical Draftsman Engineer to produce accurate construction drawings and collaborate closely with our UAE operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed technical and shop drawings based on engineering concepts and architectural layouts.
• Interpret project specifications and ensure all drawings meet required standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, project teams, and management to resolve technical queries.
• Maintain drawing archives and update documents as project designs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Technical or Civil Draftsman.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with drafting software.
