Business Development Consultant

About the role

The Business Development Consultant will lead the introduction and expansion of Eser Telekom’s services in Syria. This position blends commercial negotiations, relationship management, on‑site visits and coordination with local officials and partners to create new operator partnerships and drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct commercial negotiations with potential partners and customers.
• Manage relationships with local officials, partners and stakeholders.
• Perform site visits and meetings to assess market opportunities.
• Initiate and develop new operator partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Syrian telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of wholesale telecom services (voice & A2P), satellite business and general telecom concepts.
• Excellent analytical abilities with advanced Excel skills and experience preparing commercial reports.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and/or Turkish.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
